3) Log-Files

Each time you access our website, our system automatically collects data and information from your device's system and stores it in server log files. The data are stored for 10 days, with the 11th file overwriting the oldest log file at the end of the period.

The recipient of the data is our server host, who acts on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. However, failure to provide them may mean that you cannot use our website or cannot use it to its full extent.

5) Information on Google Services

On our website, we use various services provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may collect and process information (including personal data) through these services, and there's a possibility that this information may be transferred to a server in a third country.

The transfer to the USA depends on the function in which personal data is transmitted. We may transfer data to Google in the USA for further use. Currently, there is no adequacy decision according to Article 45 of the GDPR. However, the transfer may be based on standard contractual clauses. Google has committed to comply with the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries under Directive 95/46/EC.

We do not control the data Google actually collects and processes. Google states that the following information (including personal data) can be processed:

When contacting us by phone, data like your phone number, name, email address, time of the call, and details of your concern may be processed. For email contacts, we process your email address, the time of the email, and the content of the message, including any attachments. The purpose of processing this data is to handle the contact request and respond to the inquiry. The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as our legitimate interest is to provide a way for you to contact us and respond to your queries. Personal data is processed only as long as necessary for handling the contact request.

8) Application Process

We offer the opportunity to apply for job positions via our website, either by email or postal mail. When you submit your application, we process the information provided (e.g., email address for email applications). The purpose of processing data from your application documents is to identify a suitable candidate. The legal basis for processing your email address is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, and for the application-related personal data, it's Article 6 (1) (b), Article 88 (1) GDPR, and § 26 (1) BDSG-new. Application emails and documents are stored until a decision is made and then deleted. Postal applications will be returned after the process is completed.

9) Social Networks and External Links

Our website features links to various social media platforms, accessible via corresponding buttons. Visiting these platforms may result in the transfer of personal data to the social network providers, potentially processed outside the EU. The providers might process more than just the data you input on these platforms, including information about your device and IP address.
